5th Montvale 5 & 10 Mile Trail Runs March 23rd 2013, at 9:00am
After 5 years and 5+ bridges we had the best conditions yet for this "tank town" trail race. Chilly to start, this ended up being a great spring day. Thank you for coming out and participating in the 5 and 10 Mile trail races (5.25 and 9.92 miles to be exact). Congratulations to each of you; whether it was your first trail race, first time running 5 or 10 miles, or first time at a Mountain Junkies event, we hope you had a fun time. Results are posted to the right.

Registration for our Mill Mountain 10k on 4/13 will go up $5 on Thursday (prior surveys have made this our most loved and hated race). Also register by then to guarantee getting your preferred shirt size. We will have the overall and age group awards at our office, Gilbert Chiropractic, for the next two weeks, and then they go back into the rotation for 2014 - 375-3990.
