Thank you for participating in our 30th event and the lead off event of the Roanoke Non Ultra Trail Series.

What a perfect day for a January event. I hope we don't pay for it later this year. The course conditions were perfect, which is amazing considering the National Park Service wouldn't let us do any trail maintenance this year. The Chestnut Ridge Loop is a challenging oxygen depriving loop. Congratulations for tackling it today.

Congratulations to Courtney Griffin for breaking the women's course record today with a 48:25 and Kate Ericson for breaking the women's masters course record with a 50:20.

If you were unable to stay for the medal ceremony we will have the medals/awards at our office, Gilbert Chiropractic, for the next 2 weeks (We can't mail medals and after 2 weeks they go into our attic and into storage for next year).
